December 1, 2008 will be our Christmas Dinner and officer installation.
John Rockhold will be sworn in as your new president, along with all the other officers and directors.(refer to the November newsletter for the complete list.)
The Dinner will be held at the Comfort Suites in Mineral Wells, and we will be bringing donations for Old Man Rivers in lieu of a Gift Exchange.
your reservation is needed by November 26 if you are going to attend.The club is helping to sponsor the dinner, with a $5.00 per member contribution to the cost for all those attending.
it is hard to believe that this great year of 2008 is almost over, and before we know it, we will be starting the car season all over again.
The Vienna Christmas parade will be held on December 13. We are signed up for 10 cars, and there is an entry donation of a case of canned food.

I don't know why, but I used to hear lots of comments about my car as i drove along the route. Now that I have been taking her along, all I hear is-- how cute the kid is. Wonder why? (Jerry Murphy)
